I am 49 years old and have a wife and 3 children. I have lived in the Macon area for the last 25 years. I am a 3rd generation construction worker and I am very proud to say that my son Cody is now following in my footsteps and building homes for us. I started sweeping floors for my father when I was 7 years old while he was building residential houses, got my first tool belt when I was 9 and was reading blue prints by the time I was 10 years old. I took 3 years of Architectural Drafting while I was in high school and built my first Custom Home from the ground up when I was 25 years old. I have built several hundred homes during my career. Everyone has a passion and mine is building. There is nothing like riding down the road with family or friends and getting to point at a home and saying “I built that”.

I have been a new homes sales representative for the last 15 years working for builders /developers mainly in the Atlanta area. I have been on Communities magazine top 100 Listing agents in 2003 and 2005 which I was so honored to achieve. I have sold hundreds of homes in my career and feel I have one of the most rewarding jobs. Being a part of assisting people make their dreams of home ownership a reality. I joined SF Communities almost a year ago selling at Beaumont Heights in Macon. I am 22 years old and have lived in Macon, Georgia all of my life. I graduated from Wynfield Christian Academy. The construction industry has been a part of my life for approximately seven years. My responsibilities are overseeing the building in Estates at Lake Joy and Huntington Grove. In my spare time, I enjoy various outdoor activities. I am an avid hunter and fisherman. I also enjoy watching football and playing Texas Hold’em. My goal is to make the home-buying experience as pleasant as possible for the buyer. I am available to assist the home-buyer with any questions or concerns related to the structural and cosmetic aspects of the building of the home.

I am 52 years old and have been in the Homebuilding business just about all my life. My father was a bricklayer by trade ,so my first job in the construction business was mixing cement and carrying bricks for him at age 14. I worked for my father weekends and summers until I graduated from college with an Associate degree in Architectural Engineering at which point I went into the family business full time. By this time we were building 10 to 15 homes per year and doing a good amount of renovation and remodeling work. I moved to the Atlanta area in 1997 working for a number of large home building companies including Colony Homes, K B Homes and John Wieland Homes before I joined the great team at SF Communities. My wife Joan and I have been married for 21 years and have been blessed with 4 beautiful children. Besides building homes I enjoy spending time with my family, following the N.Y.Giants and UGA football teams, growing vegetables in my garden with my sons and working at varies ministries at my church together with my wife .

I moved to Warner Robins, GA 10 years ago, with my wife Kimberly of 22 years, and our three children. I love the outdoors, hunting, fishing, my family and making people happy. Jennifer Rich has over six years of real estate background and experience. She was an active Realtor with Coldwell Banker prior to joining SF Communities. Not only is Jennifer a long time Houston County resident, but she has two young sons and a husband employed at RAFB all making her very active in the Houston County community. I am recent married woman with 1 son. I have been a licensed Real Estate Agent for over 13 years. Before I decided to get licensed I was in Property Management. I decided to sell homes because I really enjoyed helping people achieve the American Dream of Homeownership. Its such a emotional time in the buyers life when they decided to purchase a home I enjoy the excitement of the buyer once the loan have closed and being part of the experience after they receive their keys.
